A client’s numbers are not a prompt.
Where client data leaves without anyone deciding
- The accounts pasted in for a comment
- Without the company name a set of accounts is still recognisable: turnover, sector and province are enough for anyone who knows that market. Removing the name is not removing the identification, and that is the part of the job people forget.
- The payslip
- A payslip carries data the regulation treats separately: sickness absence, union deductions, salary assignments. These are special categories, the threshold for handling them is higher, and it is not the threshold of a text box on a website.
- The practice software that added AI
- A “summarise” button inside a program that already holds the data is not the same as a button that sends it out. The question for the supplier is where the model runs and who keeps the requests, and the answer is worth having in writing.
VAT numbers and IBANs verified, not guessed
Tax codes, VAT numbers and IBANs carry a check character that can be computed: there Omissia confirms rather than proposes. Company names, personal names and addresses come from a model, and you confirm them before anything is substituted.
And it is not only the AI: the same export serves when the accounts go to a shareholder, the valuation to the insurer, or a return to an assistant who should not read the rest. You export and stop there, and the way back is not used.

What gets asked before you press enter
These four answers decide whether the firm’s use of AI is defensible or merely convenient.
- Can I upload a client’s accounts to ChatGPT?
- Not with the client’s data in them. That is processing of personal data, and it has to be justified: the role of each party, the legal basis, the security measures, any transfer outside the Union. With pseudonymised text the questions remain, but the risk changes by an order of magnitude.
- Does the duty to inform the client apply to me too?
- In Italy, yes. Article 13 of Law 132/2025 speaks of intellectual professions, which includes chartered accountants and accounting experts. You inform the client in clear, plain terms, in the engagement letter or in a separate notice.
- Does it recognise VAT numbers, IBANs and tax codes?
- Yes, and it verifies them against their check character instead of recognising them by eye. Company names, personal names, addresses, amounts and dates are proposed by the model, and stay proposals until you confirm them.
- What does it cost for a firm with several people?
- The price is per seat, not per page: two to four seats share one band, and from five up it is agreed. There is no page bundle to buy again when it runs out, which is how these tools actually get expensive.
Written for the firm
The pieces that answer the questions accountants arrive here with.
If the firm uses AI, it has to appear somewhere
Record of processing, impact assessment, processor appointment: the paperwork that using artificial intelligence sets off.
A tax return pasted into a chat identifies more than one person
Dependants, medical deductions, charitable giving: a tax return describes the life of the person signing it and of the people around them.
A payslip carries data the GDPR treats separately
Sickness, union deductions, salary assignments: a payslip is not an ordinary document, and under Article 9 you start from a prohibition.
The values that verify themselves, and the ones that get guessed
Tax codes, VAT numbers and IBANs carry a check character that can be computed. Company names and addresses do not, and the difference matters.
A client’s accounts in a chat: what the firm is risking
Removing the company name does not remove the identification, and a payslip carries special categories. Who answers, for how much, and what can be done.
The price is the simple part.
Every feature in every band: the only thing that changes is how many seats you need. Annual or month to month, as you prefer.
One seat
€12.50per month
billed €149.99 a year · VAT excl.
One lawyer, one computer. You may install it on the laptop you take to a hearing too, as long as the same person uses it.
Two to four seats
€37.50per month
billed €449.99 a year · VAT excl.
A small firm. It is one price for the band, not per seat: four seats for the price of three, and three cost the same as two.
Five seats or more

From here up we work the price out together, because how it is installed and who holds the licences changes too. Write to us and we will talk.
